20:00-21:15 (best arrive at 19:45): Learn some paddle skills, learn to T-rescue, practice controlled capsizing and/or learn to roll in a nice, warm and safe environment in the shiny new training pool at the Britannia Leisure Centre. There’ll be the opportunity for being coached in other paddle skills – you don’t have to try capsizing or rolling!
You must book to attend. Wear t-shirts and shorts/leggings over swimwear; goggles and nose clip might also be useful. For all levels of experience including beginners. Beer at the Rosemary Branch pub after.

10:15-12:15: If you’re new to our club, you’ll need to come to an induction session where we’ll show you the ropes. The session will cost £10 (plus booking fee) and includes a two additional sessions paddling whilst you decide whether to join our club. Booking is required and places are limited.
