There’ll be help for in in other paddle skills – you don’t have to try capsizing or rolling!
You must book to attend. Wear t-shirts and shorts/leggings over swimwear; goggles and nose clip might also be useful. For all levels of experience including beginners. Beer at the Rosemary Branch pub after.
